So for this DIY Two-Toned Fit-and-Flare Dress you’ll need one to one and a half yards of lining, half a yard of lace, and half a yard of woven fabric.
The instructions in the video are starting to sound redundant to me, but that’s because the basic construction of most dresses are very similar. I love this fit-and-flare cut though. It’s flattering on most anyone.
